Francis Devout & the New Spiritualists is a collaborative project between Michael Lockwood & Grant Nobleman. Their album “Giving Up The Ghost” incorporates elements of electronica along with hip hop beats, which are funneled through the strainer of 80s alternative rock. Lyrically, they address love & loss during these trying times. The duo have recorded and toured with Fiona Apple, Aimee Mann, Carly Simon & Susanna Hoffs to mention a few.
